Ken's Gutters is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our growing inside sales team in Clearwater.

This isn't a door-to-door sales job, and you won't be expected to invent your own sales pitch. We provide a proven script, structured training, ongoing coaching, and warm leads. Your job is to confidently follow the process, build relationships with property managers, ask the right questions, and create opportunities for our team.

What You'll Do

  • Make 150+ outbound calls each day using our proven sales process.
  • Speak with property managers and commercial clients across the country.
  • Build rapport and establish long-term business relationships.
  • Navigate gatekeepers and confidently reach decision-makers.
  • Ask thoughtful questions to identify customer needs and gather information.
  • Follow up consistently until opportunities move forward.
  • Maintain accurate notes and activity in our CRM.

Who We're Looking For

We're less interested in what you've sold before and more interested in who you are.

You'll be successful if you are:

  • Comfortable talking on the phone for most of the day.
  • Coachable and eager to learn.
  • Curious and confident asking questions.
  • Persistent without being pushy.
  • Organized with follow-up and attention to detail.
  • Motivated by goals, growth, and performance.

Experience in customer service, hospitality, recruiting, collections, inside sales, or call centers is a plus-but not required.
