You don't need experience in the gutter industry.
You don't even need a sales background.
If you're an excellent communicator, coachable, and enjoy speaking with people on the phone, we'll teach you everything else.
What You'll Do As a Client Relationship Specialist, you'll build relationships with property managers across the country and help them find the right commercial maintenance solutions for their properties.
Using our proven script and sales process, you'll:
- Make 150+ outbound calls each day.
- Build rapport with property managers and office staff.
- Navigate gatekeepers and confidently reach decision-makers.
- Ask thoughtful questions to uncover customer needs.
- Gather pricing information and identify opportunities.
- Follow up consistently to keep projects moving.
- Maintain detailed notes in our CRM.
This role is about communication, consistency, and relationship building-not high-pressure sales.
