Full-Time Referral Partnership Specialist
Base Pay + Aggressive Commission | High Risk / High Reward

We're looking for a driven sales/marketing professional with relevant industry experience who thrives in a high-autonomy, high-reward environment. This role focuses on building and nurturing referral partnerships rather than traditional transactional selling.

Position Overview
As a Referral Partnership Specialist, you will:

  • Promote and sell PuroClean services in an assigned territory while consistently meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Build strong relationships through regular route marketing runs, repeat visits, and by becoming a trusted community resource.
  • Organize and coordinate training events, CE courses, and marketing events (including lunch-and-learns).
  • Implement creative marketing initiatives and collaborate directly with the owner to shape sales and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and Centers of Influence.
  • Generate revenue through effective consultative marketing.
  • Build, maintain, and service a "Top 25 Client" referral list.
  • Coordinate community events, educational classes, and training opportunities.
  • Develop deeper industry knowledge by learning estimating, production, and all aspects of the restoration business.
  • Promote brand awareness and uphold PuroClean's values of service and teamwork.
