Full Job Description
Tinder's Events program is building a new way for members to connect in person - and the operational backbone that makes it run is just as critical as the partnerships that power it. The BD Operations Analyst, Events Program is an IC role responsible for keeping deal flow moving, contracts clean, and event supply healthy on the Tinder platform. You'll sit at the intersection of the BD team, our event host partners, and the product team - ensuring that what gets sourced in the field actually shows up in the app, accurately and on time. This is a detail-oriented, systems-driven role for someone who takes pride in making complex workflows run smoothly. You'll report to the Sr. Manager, Partnerships & Operations and collaborate daily with BD Managers, Legal, Finance, and Product. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office collaboration three times per week in Los Angeles, CA. This salary range is reflective of a position based in Los Angeles, CA. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
