Full Job Description
We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive new ventures in Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas. STRUCTURAL's projects within the commercial market include but are not limited to: structural strengthening, structural concrete repair, historic restoration, waterproofing, and corrosion control.

What You'll Own:
  • Market Expansion: Hunt for new opportunities and close deals with owners, engineers, and contractors to grow STRUCTURAL's regional footprint.
  • Full-Cycle Business Development: Lead every phase of the sales process-from pitch, through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Shape and execute the vision for sales in Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas, aligning efforts with company-wide goals while driving revenue and market share.
  • Smart Solutions: Turn complex problems into smart, profitable solutions.
  • Market Engagement: Leverage your well-established network and industry expertise to open doors and build long-term client relationships. Be where it matters-client sites, boardrooms, and industry events


What You Bring:

  • A proven track record of exceeding sales goals and closing large, complex deals.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to influence at the highest levels of the organization.
  • CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred) and a structured, data-driven approach to sales.
  • Willingness to travel ~70-80 % across the Raleigh, NC region.
