As we continue to expand our presence in the hospitality industry, Striv Designs is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

Position Overview

The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new opportunities within the hotel, multi-family, and commercial sectors. You will leverage your industry knowledge, network, and sales expertise to build strong client relationships and elevate our brand presence in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Analysis
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, new opportunities, and potential clients in the hospitality industry.
  • Monitor competitors, market shifts, and emerging trends to strategically position Striv Designs.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including hotel owners, developers, operators, and architects.
  • Partner with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, ensuring long-term client satisfaction.

Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify and qualify new leads through networking, trade shows, online platforms, and referrals.
  • Proactively reach out to prospects to understand their needs and effectively position Striv Designs' services.

Proposal Development & Presentation
  • Prepare customized proposals and presentations tailored to each client's unique requirements.
  • Showcase our firm's strengths, capabilities, and success stories to demonstrate the value we deliver.

Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline and track activities, leads, and opportunities through CRM tools.

Collaboration & Communication
  • Partner with design and project teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
  • Communicate client expectations clearly to ensure alignment across all departments.

Industry Networking
  • Attend key industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand your network and promote Striv Designs' expertise.
