Your Impact:
  • Drive Growth. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia.
  • Build Relationships. Develop and maintain strong connections with clients, architects, engineers, and industry partners to drive long-term opportunities.
  • Lead Pursuits. Own proposals, presentations, and client conversations that position Benchmark as the partner of choice.
  • Create Opportunities. Proactively generate new leads through networking, industry involvement, and creative outreach.
  • Shape Strategy. Provide market insights, identify trends, and contribute to strategic growth planning with leadership.
  • Collaborate to Win. Partner with operations, estimating, and leadership to align opportunities with execution and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Own Your Pipeline. Manage and track opportunities, maintaining a clear and active pipeline that drives consistent results.
