Full Job Description
Tesla is seeking a high-performing business development professional to drive commercial charging sales across North America. You will lead the sale of Tesla's Level 3 charging products, including Supercharger and Semi-Charging, to major partners such as Fortune 500 companies, charge point operators, and real estate owners.
You will drive the execution of a program that is making EV charging more accessible, affordable, and dependable for all drivers, backed by Tesla's industry-leading hardware and software. Success requires grit, urgency, and a high-energy, hands-on approach. You'll be empowered to move fast, course correct quickly and deliver meaningful results. High growth potential opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • Drive ambitious growth in commercial charging sales across key accounts across North America
  • Identify and close new deals, grow existing relationships, and unlock additional volume across accounts
  • Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline across a wide array of customer sectors
  • Improve partner experience by supporting onboarding, training, and high-quality installations
  • Deliver real-world insights from the field to help shape product improvements and unlock new demand
  • Develop impactful marketing and sales materials to support partner success and represent Tesla at events


Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience managing sales pipelines, or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of North American EV charging markets preferred
  • Thinks from first principles, moves with urgency, owns outcomes, and thrives in high-accountability environments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Intrinsically motivated and outspoken about what is needed to complete tasks and exceed goals

      $88,000 - $186,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

      Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
