What you'll be doingOur Fraud team helps protect our clients and the bank by strengthening fraud capabilities, improving processes, and supporting effective delivery across key initiatives. As a Business Delivery Consultant, you'll lead the project delivery of fraud-sponsored initiatives by developing project plans and delivery strategies, gathering and translating business requirements, and partnering with technology teams on solution design. You'll work closely with Fraud Strategy, Fraud Analytics, Fraud Operations, and other internal partners to keep initiatives moving forward, manage risks, and support timely decision-making. You'll also help ensure operational readiness by applying thoughtful change management and engaging the right teams at the right time. Through strong collaboration and disciplined execution, you'll help deliver initiatives that align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

How you'll succeed- Project Management/Project Delivery - Lead the execution of fraud-sponsored initiatives that support business strategies and objectives. Develop delivery plans, manage timelines, monitor risks, and support effective decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
- Governance and risk management - Facilitate initiative governance and work with stakeholder groups to support gating processes, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies that enable successful delivery.
- Relationship management - Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and executive leaders to influence outcomes, align priorities, and assess impacts across the fraud environment.
- Communication and documentation - Prepare clear, thoughtful documentation that outlines delivery plans, risks, impacts, and target-state solutions. Use strong communication skills to drive alignment across Fraud, Technology, and partner teams.
- Planning and coordination - Create structured delivery plans across a range of fraud-sponsored initiatives, ensuring the right teams are engaged, informed, and aligned throughout execution.
- Process improvement - Strengthen governance and delivery practices across the project portfolio by supporting the ongoing management of risks, issues, challenges, and emerging opportunities.

- You have project delivery experience. You bring experience with project management practices across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. You know how to keep work organized, moving forward, and aligned to business goals.
- You're detail-oriented and think critically. You notice what others may miss and use sound judgment to inform decisions, solve problems, and manage competing priorities effectively.
- You have relevant fraud knowledge. Experience in fraud risk management, project delivery, or fraud management systems is an asset and helps you understand the operational and strategic impacts of change.
- You're an accountable leader. You take ownership of your work and deliver with confidence when empowered to lead. You have experience supporting complex initiatives, defining scope and vision, and working with sponsors and stakeholders to gain alignment and approvals.
