Location: 3617 Parkway Ln, Norcross, GA 30092

Position Title: Business Analyst

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 40 Hours/ Week

Summary of Duties: Help business functions understand Digital Transformation Program processes & value propositions to maximize the benefits of automation, analytics, and AI via use cases and self-service. Collaborate with IT functions and key business subject matter experts to finalize use case specifications, plan sprints, coordinate user acceptance testing and production releases. Monitor platform data service incidents and coordinate prompt resolution. Coach citizen developers implement best practices in Tableau/Knime self-service analytics. Document Snowflake data products content and platform use best practices. Support process improvement complex platform migrations and new value proposition launch initiatives. Improve and administer training and protocols to foster a synergistic community of practice and adequate governance. Hybrid work permitted.

Qualifications: The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or a related role. Alternately will accept Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or a related field and Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related role. The position requires experience with the following: Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) based agile program ceremonies orchestration; Product manufacturing industry process and related SAP/other data sources know-how to implement & maintain effective Snowflake data products; Proficiency in Tableau, Knime to implement analytics using Snowflake & other data; Jira service management configuration capability to enable related use cases; Confluence and other knowledge base best practices to document & catalog data product content; Advanced Jira & SharePoint user to manage functionality to coordinate complex stakeholder and use case landscape; Migration project planning & execution hands-on experience to ensure smooth platform transitions.
