Role SummaryDuties & Responsibilities- Refine capabilities, features, stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation details established during Discovery activities.
- Collaborate with UX/UI Design teams to incorporate visual design, workflow, and interaction updates into delivery backlog items.
- Collaborate with Angular Engineering, Java Engineering, Data Engineering, and Architecture teams to clarify requirements and implementation expectations.
- Maintain backlog quality, consistency, traceability, and delivery readiness throughout the program lifecycle.
- Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, retrospectives, daily standups, and related Agile ceremonies.
- Support story estimation, delivery planning, dependency tracking, and sprint execution activities.
- Work with delivery teams to resolve requirement ambiguities, documentation gaps, and acceptance criteria questions.
- Update and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, workflow definitions, and implementation details as delivery progresses.
- Track delivery progress, risks, blockers, dependencies, and escalation items across workstreams.
- Coordinate demonstrations, stakeholder reviews, feedback sessions, and backlog refinement activities.
- Ensure implementation activities remain aligned to approved specifications, Hero Journeys, business objectives, and modernization priorities.
- Support SIT, UAT, testing, defect triage, remediation tracking, and production readiness activities.
- Maintain traceability between capabilities, epics, features, stories, specifications, defects, and testing outcomes.
- Identify scope impacts, dependency risks, workflow changes, and delivery constraints requiring stakeholder visibility.
- Prepare delivery metrics, sprint reporting, progress reporting, and supporting project tracking information.
- Promote effective communication and collaboration across distributed delivery teams.
Experience- 10+ years Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or Agile delivery experience.
- Experience managing Agile delivery backlogs and sprint execution activities.
- Experience refining stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery artifacts created during Discovery.
- Experience working with architects, designers, developers, testers, and business stakeholders

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $86129 - $127189
