Summary:
Leads supply-chain integration analysis and change-management efforts to improve coordination, performance, and modernization across Marine Corps SECREP supply chains.
Responsibilities:
• Lead analysis of supply-chain architecture, integration opportunities, and business processes.
• Develop recommended courses of action to integrate supply chains and improve SECREP lifecycle support.
• Provide change-management support for supply-chain integration and modernization initiatives.
• Develop policy recommendations that improve the integration and performance of Marine Corps supply chains.
• Prepare executive briefings, decision documents, reports, and communications related to supply-chain integration.
• Facilitate meetings, conferences, and stakeholder engagements supporting integration initiatives.
• Coordinate with Government customers, RIP points of contact, supply-chain stakeholders, and business analysts.
• Ensure integration efforts are aligned with logistics policies, program objectives, readiness requirements, and fiscal considerations.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or qualifying combination of post-high-school education and training.
• Five to six years of experience in SECREP logistics or supply-chain business analysis.
• Experience managing SECREP support programs.
• Experience with military wholesale and retail SECREP management.
• Experience operating in complex operational and fiscal environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned.
• This position requires an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance to be considered.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer; may occasionally require standing or moving about the office for extended periods.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
Work Environment:
Work is performed primarily in a climate-controlled environment. Austere conditions may apply, including limited amenities, harsh climate, and constrained living and working facilities.
