JOB SUMMARY
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage HR technology programs from requirements gathering through implementation and post-go-live support.
Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
Drive HCM transformation initiatives with a strong focus on Workday and enterprise integrations.
Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams to design, implement, and optimize integrations between Workday and other enterprise applications.
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through automation, AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
Evaluate and recommend AI-driven capabilities to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution demonstrations.
Support testing, change management, user adoption, and deployment activities.
Ensure solutions align with business objectives, governance standards, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant experience in HR technology programs.
Strong knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) processes and systems.
Hands-on experience with Workday, including functional understanding and integration concepts.
Experience leading enterprise HR technology transformation projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
