About the role

As Business Analyst — Business Systems & AI, you will work in Alpharetta, Georgia, five days per week, supporting the Senior Director, CRM Systems and Business Integrations. You will support Salesforce, integrated business systems, internal-facing AI Agents, and functional workspaces. You will work with developers in Alpharetta and Bangalore, India, coordinating analysis, governance, quality, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Define requirements and acceptance criteria for AI Agents, workspaces, integrations, and Salesforce enhancements
• Manage feature requests, backlogs, dependencies, risks, decisions, and release coordination
• Own the AI Agent, MCP Server, and MCP Tool registry and governance reviews
• Plan QA and UAT, manage defects, and confirm business sign-off before releases
• Coordinate distributed developers, stakeholder feedback, reporting, documentation, training, and change readiness

About you

You bring strong analytical ability and sound judgment to complex business systems work. You can work across time zones, translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences, and translate business needs for technical teams. You maintain accurate documentation, facilitate working sessions, and hold delivery standards while coordinating multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3–5+ years supporting enterprise systems, process automation, and system integrations as a Business Analyst
• Experience with requirements, user stories, test plans, QA, UAT, defect management, and release sign-off
• Experience managing backlogs, coordinating releases, and supporting CRM and integrated enterprise environments
• Experience with data analysis, project management, distributed development teams, training, and change management

To be ahead of the pack, you might have:

• Exposure to AI agent, chatbot, or LLM-based application delivery
• Knowledge of Salesforce release management, sandboxes, and deployment practices
• Familiarity with IT governance, access review, audit processes, or ADKAR
• Experience designing user-facing applications, portals, or functional workspaces
