Full Job Description
The Corporate Operations & Communications Analyst will support executive communications, strategic projects, reporting, and business operations. This individual will help coordinate key initiatives, develop communication materials, track deliverables, and support leadership in executing the firm's business priorities.
  • Draft and coordinate internal communications, press releases, and company announcements.
  • Research, prepare, and distribute press releases to targeted media outlets and publications.
  • Partner with teams across the organization to review, edit, and approve communications in accordance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing and external partners to support corporate branding, website content, and communication initiatives.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and meeting materials for senior leadership and business unit leaders.
  • Support strategic initiatives by conducting research, tracking deliverables, and coordinating cross-functional projects.
  • Manage project plans, action items, and follow-up communications to ensure timely execution.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze business data to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Support process improvements and administrative initiatives that enhance team effectiveness.
