Job Title: Business Analyst

Role SummaryThis position is a Business Analyst / UAT Lead focused on requirements management, stakeholder engagement, testing coordination, training, compliance support, and post-go-live stabilization for a large enterprise application implementation. The role serves as the liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, developers, testers, auditors, and application owners to ensure successful delivery, user adoption, and compliance readiness.
Primary Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, document, and maintain business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Lead stakeholder workshops and requirement validation sessions.
- Manage business stakeholder communication, prioritize enhancements, and obtain application readiness and sign-off.
- Create, track, and prioritize defects, enhancements, and change requests in Jira.
- Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, defects, compliance evidence, and deployment activities.
- Support SOX compliance activities, testing scope reviews, risk assessments, and audit documentation.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and integration testing.
- Update and maintain TestRail test cases, testing evidence, and testing status reports.
- Identify, document, track, and drive resolution of application defects and unexpected system behavior.
- Coordinate training activities and deliver end-user training sessions.
- Support post-production hypercare activities and ongoing business analysis support.
- Maintain project RAID logs, project status updates, and reporting progress.
- Collect business feedback on reports and validate reporting solutions before release.
