Job summary

As a Business Analysis Associate II within the Consumer Feedback, Communications, & Governance Horizontal Support team, you will expand your technical and creative skills as the primary developer of forms and SharePoint sites. You will play a vital role in ensuring critical business functions are maintained without disruption during the migration from SharePoint Online and InfoPath. You will work with a team that values a strong interest in artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and organizational transformation, and you will be eager to promote change in a fast-moving environment.

Job responsibilities
  • Develop SharePoint sites and forms for the organization, prioritizing the evolution of business tools.
  • Research and identify solutions for redeveloping business-critical forms.
  • Collaborate with application owners and subject matter experts to explore the most effective long-term solutions ensuring our business needs are met both now and in the future.
  • Oversee the day-to-day aspects of the SharePoint/InfoPath migration, as well as employees assisting with the migration efforts, in a non-supervisory capacity.
  • Support timely project delivery and mitigate coverage gaps that could impact operational efficiency and client service.
  • Identify process improvements, collaborating cross-functionally to align efforts, share knowledge, and drive the successful implementation of business strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, compelling written and visual communications using PowerPoint and SharePoint Online to support executive decision-making and storytelling.
  • Utilize strategic thinking to evaluate potential scenarios, assess risks, and make informed decisions that have a direct impact on departmental outcomes.
