Position OverviewAs a Business Analytics Senior Manager within PNC's Technology Risk organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX or Strongsville, OH.
As a Business Analytics Sr. Manager will have the following responsibilities:
• Leading a team of analysts and managing complex business analytics initiatives.
• Leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI-enabled insights to identify emerging risks, opportunities, and trends that support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with business, technology, and risk leaders to translate strategic objectives into analytics, machine learning, and AI-enabled solutions that improve decision quality and operational effectiveness..
• Establishing performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
• Presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Overseeing data quality, governance, and analytics best practices.
Managing project priorities, stakeholder communication, and analyst development.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Advanced experience with data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience leading machine learning, predictive analytics, or data science initiatives.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLM-based solutions, and AI-assisted decision-support tools.
• Experience developing analytics products that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Familiarity with AI governance, model risk management, and Responsible AI principles.
• Experience partnering with technology organizations to implement analytics and AI solutions at scale.
• Strong leadership and people-management experience.
• Experience influencing business decisions through data-driven recommendations.
• Lead the evaluation, development, and adoption of emerging analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence capabilities, identifying opportunities to improve risk management, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Job Description- Directs the strategic design, management, and implementation of an enterprise-wide business analytics programs to drive customer solutions, service innovation and profitability.
- Leads development and execution of complex analytical solutions to meet business requirements .
- Leading the research, development and adoption of new and emerging analytics technologies; identifying technology-based business opportunities.
- Implementing mechanisms for ensuring that information provided is accurate, meaningful, has integrity, manages risk and meets the needs of the senior leadership.
- Directing, motivating, developing and managing the performance of the management team and key staff.
