Position OverviewAs a Business Analysis Advisor within PNC's Collections Platform Replacement (CPR) Transformation- Retail organization, you will be based in Jacksonville, FL>
We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Business Analysis Advisor to support the CPR Transformation Agile Tech development team ("crew") in delivering high-quality solutions. This role will serve as the central point of coordination between business stakeholders, development, and QAE teams-ensuring a well-managed backlog, clear requirements, and smooth sprint execution.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced Agile environment, with strong communication and prioritization skills.
Key Responsibilities include:
Backlog Management & Prioritization
• Own, prioritize, and actively manage the team's JIRA backlog
• Maintain a clean, organized backlog with clearly defined and ready-to-work items
• Assign work based on team capacity and sprint goals
• Ensure proper JIRA hygiene, including accurate fields, statuses, and documentation
Agile Execution & Team Support
• Facilitate key Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog refinement
• Provide support across teams by stepping in for Scrum ceremonies as needed (e.g., stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Create, refine, and convert business requirements into user stories and tasks
• Review completed work and validate readiness prior to final Product Owner acceptance
• Ensure all work items meet "Definition of Ready" before entering a sprint
Stakeholder Communication & Customer Alignment
• Act as the primary spokesperson for the team, representing work and progress to stakeholders
• Clearly articulate requirements, priorities, and the business impact of deliverables
• Serve as a point of contact for developers and QA to clarify requirements and user stories
• Connect team members with appropriate stakeholders to gather necessary information
• Lead and facilitate discussions to resolve blockers and clarify requirements
Quality Assurance & Feedback Loop
• Review and validate testing evidence for in-sprint work, production incidents, SIT, and defects
• Ensure completeness and quality of testing documentation with no gaps
• Support backlog grooming and preparation for upcoming sprint cycles
• Develop materials and presentations for sprint demos and stakeholder reviews
Vision & Roadmap Contribution
• Develop a strong understanding of epics and broader product objectives
• Support work assignment decisions aligned with strategic priorities
• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and escalate appropriately
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and delivery outcomes
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Agile delivery role
• Strong experience with JIRA or similar backlog management tools
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremonies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple workstreams
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Business)
Preferred Qualifications
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification
• Experience supporting multiple teams or enterprise-scale Agile environments
• Familiarity with test validation and QA processes

Job Description- Directs the research, discovery, collection and interpretation of business requirements. Participates in the development and review of complex processes and procedures, workflow analytics and reporting. May provide senior level consultation and communicates with clients and technology teams on business designs, problem solving and business analysis to support project goals and objectives.
- Consults and recommends the frameworks, methodologies and processes involved in business requirements traceability for business analysis teams. Independently mentors, leads, and coaches other associates to affect knowledge transfer. Oversees the development and maintenance of all applicable policy and procedure documentation.
- Translates business needs, processes and/or procedures by partnering with applicable experts and business stakeholders to determine and articulate needs. May communicate with senior level stakeholders and technology teams on complex business requirements.
- Leads multiple business analysis project management processes through planning, quality assurance and effectiveness assessment. Provides direction for the successful deployment of projects. Drives the development, analysis and distribution of complex reporting.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $77,000.00 - $135,200.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
