Summary

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Brand & Product Marketing Manager is a hands-on role designed for a rising marketer who is eager to own product/brand strategy, launches, campaigns, and consumer-first storytelling within a fast-paced, creative beauty environment. This role supports Winky Lux's marketing efforts with a focus on Brand and Product Marketing.

You'll work closely with internal teams and external agencies to support brand needs across new product launches, copy, campaigns and reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to use both creative and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing
  • Support development of long-term and short-term consumer and product portfolio strategies to accelerate growth
  • Manage innovative product development and pipeline strategy (new product launches and innovation calendar), alongside Product Development team
  • Create, maintain, and publish the Global Launch Calendar for internal and external use
  • Own and manage Cost of Goods / product financials and pricing of new and existing products
  • Be the expert in competitive analysis, category trends, and consumer insights to help drive your recommendations to differentiate and innovate our product portfolio
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints
Brand Storytelling & 360 Support
  • With the support of cross functional teams, identify the insight and big idea for new launches, campaigns, and core support that will drive the 360 go-to-market strategy
  • Support and manage 360 Go-To-Market presentations and launch plans, supporting retailer presentations as well
  • Craft and manage creative messaging and copy for products, campaigns, and launches
  • Request, review and manage creative assets ahead of launch to align with brand needs (PDP, collateral, etc.)
  • Manage the product review program with internal teams and external partners
  • Oversee recaps and launch post-mortems
Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in Brand, Product Marketing, or Integrated Marketing, preferably within beauty, consumer goods, or a similarly fast-paced, creative industry
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies that drive growth and differentiation
  • Exceptional copywriting and creative instincts
  • Highly analytical with experience using data and insights to inform decisions and optimize campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience managing external agency and vendor relationships, including briefing, feedback, and delivery management
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with experience working alongside creative, retail, e-commerce, and sales teams to drive brand consistency
  • Highly organized project manager who can juggle multiple priorities, manage complex timelines, and deliver against deadlines without sacrificing quality
  • Experience with cost of goods, product pricing, or P&L management is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree
