The Marketing Operations (Ops) Team at Plaid builds the essential foundation that enables the Marketing function to operate efficiently, scale sustainably, and align with the company's strategic goals. We focus on people, technology and process to drive operational excellence and optimize marketing performance.

Our team is focused on creating and executing impactful marketing strategies that resonate with our target audiences, drive sustainable growth through high-quality pipeline generation, and enhance marketing efficiency. We also continuously strengthen the foundation of a high-performing marketing organization, ensuring that processes and systems are in place to support long-term success.

Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are well-resourced, delivered on time, and within budget.
  • Cross-Functional Communication and Coordination: Drive ongoing communication and coordination across teams, ensuring alignment and smooth information exchange throughout the lifecycle of each campaign.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Lead efficient meetings to facilitate collaboration, ensure alignment, and keep teams focused on key deliverables and objectives.
  • Risk Management and Problem Solving: Proactively identify and communicate potential risks in projects and programs, providing context, impact analysis, and actionable recommendations for mitigation
  • Prioritization and Critical Path Management: Prioritize tasks and initiatives with a laser focus on critical path activities to ensure timely progress and successful outcomes.
  • Change Management and Contingency Planning: Anticipate changes, prepare contingency plans, and maintain momentum on projects to ensure continuous progress and successful delivery.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience working on a marketing or design team, with a proven track record of supporting and executing complex, multi-stakeholder brand or marketing initiatives from kickoff to launch.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring high-quality execution and consistency across all aspects of campaign delivery.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to manage and prioritize multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, motivate, and build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
  • Comfortable with change and ambiguity, adapting quickly and proactively in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Curious and solution-oriented, with a continuous drive to learn, solve problems, and improve processes.
  • Commitment to improvement, consistently seeking opportunities to make things better and enhance team and campaign performance.
