DescriptionRole SummaryWolfe is a Pittsburgh-based FinTech company building the next generation of financial products, and we are actively embedding AI across our product, our internal processes, and the way our teams work day-to-day. As our Brand Manager, you will be the owner and guardian of the Wolfe brands including PerfectGift, Gift Card Granny, GiftYa, and Give InKind, responsible for keeping every ad, campaign, and piece of content consistent with our identity as we scale. You'll manage our Content function and serve as the final review point for marketing collateral before it reaches the public, using AI-assisted tools to move that review and production work faster without sacrificing quality. We're looking for someone who cares about the details of a brand, from color codes and tone of voice to the message a customer sees on the website, and who can hold a consistent standard across internal teams and outside agencies.
This is a 5-day onsite role in Pittsburgh, PA.
Responsibilities- Maintain and evolve brand standards, visual identity, and voice including ownership of the brand books (color codes, typography, logo usage, tone of voice) across PerfectGift, Gift Card Granny, GiftYa, and Wolfe.com, keeping every execution consistent and on-brand.
- Produce and oversee brand and marketing content across sites and channels while ensuring consistency across everything the team ships.
- Review and approve marketing collateral, ad campaigns, and website content before publication, catching inconsistencies early and enforcing brand standards.
- Partner with the Consumer and Engineering teams to update and align the brands' websites so they render consistently and on-brand.
- Own and organize the digital asset library, managing brand assets so teams can quickly find and use approved, on-brand materials.
- Run brand-health tracking in Tracksuit and report on awareness, consideration, and perception, and conduct ongoing brand and market research to keep positioning current.
- Analyze brand performance and campaign metrics to determine what's working, and translate those findings into specific, actionable marketing projects.
- Manage the Content function (one direct report), setting goals (# per week of blogs, AEO items, guides), giving performance feedback, and developing the team.
- Align sales, customer service, and external agencies on a unified brand message, giving them the assets and guidance to deliver it consistently.
Impact StatementFor more clarity on the role, below are the success metrics and measurements for this role in the first 90 to 120 days:
- Own and maintain a refreshed, published brand book and roll updates out to all necessary departments: sales, customer service, etc and at least one external agency, with a documented approval workflow in place.
- Establish and operate the pre-publication review process, ensuring all site content, ads, and media follow brand standards before publishing, clear a defined backlog with a stated turnaround target.
- KPIs: brand consistency, review turnaround time, backlog cleared)
- Produce and oversee a steady content cadence (# of pieces per week for blog, AEO items, guides) maintaining voice and visual consistency across everything that ships.

- Deliver a monthly Tracksuit brand health readout and a quarterly review tracking movement in awareness, consideration, and perception against an established baseline.

- Establish and maintain a governed digital asset library (DAM) - organizing brand assets, retiring off-brand materials, and driving adoption so teams pull approved, on-brand assets by default.

Qualifications- 7+ years in brand management, brand/marketing design, or a closely related discipline, with a track record of owning brand standards across multiple products or brands.
- Demonstrated ownership of a brand or brand system (brand book, visual identity, tone of voice) across multiple channels.
- Experience reviewing and approving creative and marketing content, with a track record of holding consistency across internal teams and outside agencies.
- Working fluency with marketing metrics and the ability to turn campaign data into concrete projects.
- Bachelor's degree, and comfort using AI-assisted tools in content and marketing workflows.
- Experience with brand tracking and measurement tools (e.g., Tracksuit) and translating brand-health data into action.
- Familiarity with digital asset management and design/production tooling (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite), and comfort using AI-assisted tools in daily work.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience partnering across product, engineering, and marketing teams.
