DescriptionRole SummaryYou9re seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, elegant, and high-performing experiences across our consumer, corporate, and merchant platforms. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our products, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver experiences that delight users and drive business outcomes.
As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for end-to-end design execution, from research and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and design systems. You9ll help define the visual and interaction language of our products, using AI-assisted design tooling as a normal part of how you work and ensure consistency across all touchpoints. We9re looking for a seasoned designer who sweats the details of interaction and craft while keeping the whole system coherent. This is a 5-day onsite role in Pittsburgh, PA.
Responsibilities- Lead design across PerfectGift9s consumer, corporate, and merchant experiences, owning work from problem framing through polished, developer-ready designs.
- Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to support scalability.
- Support the Merchant team by designing experiences for external partner brands, adapting each to the partner9s own brand guidelines while keeping the work consistent with PerfectGift9s internal design system and standards.
Impact StatementFor more clarity on the role, below are the success metrics and measurements for this role in the first 90 to 120 days:
- Lead Design on Priority Projects: Own and ship production-ready design across the priority in-scope projects across Wolfe Ecosystem within the first 90-120 days. KPIs: Feature adoption, conversion rate, task success rate.
- Elevate UX Strategy & Execution: Conduct user research, usability testing, and FullStory analysis on core product flows and translate the insights into shipped design improvements. KPIs: Task success rate, NPS, time-on-task.
- Establish Scalable Design Systems & Brand Craft: Deliver an adopted set of reusable Figma components and support the ongoing rebranding efforts across the Wolfe ecosystem, applying the refreshed brand voice consistently with high visual polish. KPIs: Design consistency, dev-handoff efficiency, brand consistency.
Qualifications- 7+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, and interaction design.
- Expert in Figma (including design systems), prototyping tools, and user research methodologies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design across responsive web and mobile apps.
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
