About The Role:As the
Brand Manager, Innovation at
Feastables, you will lead end-to-end development of new consumer products across the portfolio. You will identify consumer-driven opportunities, build commercially viable concepts, and drive execution from idea through launch and post-launch evaluation.
This role combines strategy, execution, and commercial ownership. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, building business cases, managing cross-functional teams, and helping establish the systems and processes that define how Feastables innovates at scale.
What You'll Be Doing:- Identify and define consumer problems and unmet needs to inform innovation opportunities
- Lead white space analysis and concept development grounded in insights and market data
- Build full business cases including volume forecasting, margin modeling, and cannibalization analysis
- Own end-to-end stage-gate process from ideation through commercialization and launch
- Project manage cross-functional teams across R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing
- Ensure all deliverables (product specs, packaging, claims, timelines) are completed to support launch readiness
- Drive alignment across stakeholders and resolve tradeoffs to maintain launch timelines
- Track post-launch performance and make data-driven recommendations to scale, optimize, or discontinue products
- Develop and refine innovation processes, tools, and templates for the broader organization
- Contribute to building a strong innovation culture focused on consumer-first thinking
Recipe for Success:- 6+ years of experience in CPG brand management or innovation roles
- Proven track record of owning and launching products end-to-end multiple times
- Strong experience with stage-gate product development processes
- Demonstrated ability to build robust commercial business cases
- Experience working cross-functionally with R&D, supply chain, and sales
- Experience in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
- Experience building or improving innovation processes

For this role, we expect the annual base salary to fall between $118,000-$148,000.
