Job Description

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Dungarvin, you'll provide behavioral services that support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities within our Fairfield and Vacaville day programs. This role balances direct clinical work with collaboration and leadership, offering the chance to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

In this role, you will:
  • Design, implement, and monitor positive behavior support systems for individuals with challenging behaviors.
  • Participate as a team member in order to facilitate enriched quality of life, desired lifestyles, increased levels of independence and productivity, and social/physical integration.
  • Provide direct clinical services as well as review behavioral staff reports/plans.
  • Participate as a member of our professional interdisciplinary clinical team which provides assessments, intervention strategies, and consultation for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Services are provided in accordance with Dungarvin policies and procedures, state, federal, and BCBA guidelines, available research evidence on effective practices, and all applicable contractual obligations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following:
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain an approved criminal background check specific to the role.
  • Commitment to maintaining active BCBA certification.
