This role will work independently to maintain large datasets, execute queries in order to analyze and trouble -shoot results from novel epigenome-profiling assays. Test, standardize and implement analysis pipelines for sequencing and epigenomics analyses. Integrate genomics data with clinical metadata from large-scale pediatric cancer studies. Provide training and mentorship to junior level staff.
Required Education and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, or Biological Sciences (e.g. Molecular Biology, or Genetics), or related field
At least seven (7) years post-degree experience; including working with scientific computing languages (such as R, Python), general programming languages (e.g. SQL, Perl) and /or high-performance computing clusters (e.g. SUN Grid Engine).

PreferredMaster’s Degree or higher in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or related field
Compensation Range
$73,378.00 - $110,066.00 per year
Salary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
