Position Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated full-time Bioinformatics Analyst to join our team, initially on a contract basis with the possibility of transition to a permanent position. Our lab focuses on understanding how the bone marrow microenvironment shapes hematopoiesis and leukemia, with a strong emphasis on single-cell and spatial approaches. The successful candidate will lead the computational analysis of single-cell RNA-seq, spatial transcriptomics, and T cell receptor (TCR) sequencing datasets, with a particular focus on integrating cellular states, clonal architecture, and spatial organization.

This is a highly collaborative research environment with access to unique human datasets and ongoing projects in leukemia and bone marrow biology. The position offers the opportunity to work at the interface of computation and biology and to contribute to high-impact studies.

  • Results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to efficiently advance analyses and projects
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
