This is an exciting internal development opportunity where you will contribute to the design and execution of bioanalytical strategies supporting biologics, small molecule and/or gene therapy programs. You will work across assay development for pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, and biomarkers, ensuring high scientific quality and regulatory compliance. The role offers strong exposure to multidisciplinary teams and the opportunity to grow into a strategic bioanalytical scientific leader role.
Who you'll work with You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Early Clinical development and Translational Sciences, Clinical Operations and beyond within Patient Evidence and Patient Impact. You will engage with internal laboratories and external partners such as contract research organizations and academic institutions, acting as a bioanalytical representative in multidisciplinary project teams.

- Oversee internal and external bioanalytical activities ensuring quality and timelines
- Contribute to regulatory documentation and health authority interactions
- Support assay development, validation, and scientific interpretation of data
- Identify risks and propose solutions to ensure study and project progression
Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills - Master's or PhD in life sciences or related scientific discipline
- Experience in bioanalysis supporting clinical or preclinical development programs
- Eagerness to learn and/or expand understanding of building bioanalytical strategies to support our portfolio
- Appetite to increase knowledge of regulatory requirements for submission in our functional area
- Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional and matrix environments
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and scientific reasoning
