Responsibilities

  • Attend to team needs including injections and medication administration.
  • Conduct independent Nurse Visits for wound care and chronic condition management.
  • Follow up on abnormal lab results according to protocols.
  • Participate in Co-visits to assess and treat patients collaboratively with providers.
  • Triage walk-in patients efficiently.
  • Foster teamwork through pre-shift huddles to evaluate nurse needs.

What You Get to Do:

  • You will attend to the needs of the team including injections, medication administration and patient education.
  • You will get to work at the top of your scope doing independent Nurse Visits such as wound care, managing INRs, Hypertension visits, UTI's, etc.
  • You will follow up with abnormal lab results and treating per protocol.
  • You get to do Co-visits where you will evaluate patients, in collaboration with the provider, and treat patients with acute needs to help create access for patients.
  • You will triage any walk-in patients.
  • You will build teamwork by attending huddles before the start of shifts to review any anticipated nurse needs during that shift.


Compensation: Approximately $34.70 - $43.95 per hour. All individual pay rates are calculated based on the candidate's experience and internal equity.
