Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity? As a Bilingual (English and French) Digital Training and Adoption Manager, you play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation within RBC Investor Services. Your role is to ensure that our clients, users, and stakeholders seamlessly adopt new technologies, and achieve business goals. Using your technical and interpersonal skills, you develop and implement digital learning programs that train users on complex systems, support users during transformational changes, and drive overall digital adoption.
What will you do? Training Development: - Conduct customized training sessions, demos, webinars to enhance digital proficiency and drive adoption. These will be largely client-facing but may also include internal stakeholders.
- Create training materials including reference guides, job-aids, videos, etc., and update as required, ensuring that employees or clients have the necessary resources to achieve their goals using relevant software.
Subject Matter Expertise:- Collaborate with development teams as a subject matter expert (SME) to align adoption goals with business objectives and client value.
- Maintain and demonstrate knowledge of RBCIS products, systems and processes as it relates to our client segments.
- Use data-driven insights to support strategies and drive adoption.
Stakeholder Engagement: - Encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning within the RBC IS team.
- Measure the impact of digital adoption on productivity.
Change Management (supporting):- Support change management strategies with the overall goal of conveying impacts and delivering successful outcomes to varied client segments.
- Address resistance and feedback to obtain support for change initiatives.
What do you need to succeed? Must-Have- Ability to deliver client/internal training in English or French.
- Experience delivering custom training/demo sessions based on specific client needs.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Adult Learning, Business, Banking, IT, Change Management).
- 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Product development with a focus on digital adoption.
- Proven experience supporting change management and product development.
- Familiarity with digital training tools (i.e. Camtasia, Powerpoint, Word, Snagit).
- Ability to think independently and develop creative solutions.
Nice-to-Have- Financial industry or custody-specific experience is an asset.

Pay RangeThe expected pay range for this position is:
$67,000.00 - $110,000.00
