Position Overview: - Conduct student and classroom observations to identify behavioral needs and develop effective intervention strategies.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to promote positive student outcomes.
- Provide consultation, coaching, and training to teachers, support staff, and educational teams on evidence-based behavior management practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students' behavioral, social-emotional, and educational success.
Qualifications: - Valid driver's license (front and back)
- Valid Arizona Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card (front and back)
- Social Security Card
- Obtain and maintain Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NCI) certification
- College Diploma
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Applied Behavior Analysis
OR - Bachelor's Degree (BA) in educational/special education with five(5) years of working with students with behavioral and emotional disabilities
