Position Overview:
Provide specialized instruction and individualized support to high school students in both general education classrooms through co-teaching and in small-group or individualized settings based on student needs.
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
Deliver targeted instruction in areas such as social-emotional and behavioral skills, reading, and mathematics while adapting curriculum and accommodations to meet individual learning needs.
Maintain accurate documentation, monitor student progress, and ensure compliance with special education requirements and educational best practices.
