Description

The Role

We're looking for an experienced BDR Manager to lead and grow our global team of business development representatives across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you'll own the outbound motion end to end - the people, the playbook, and the pipeline - while your BDRs work in tight lockstep with our AE team, feeding qualified opportunities directly into their pipeline (the two functions don't share a reporting line).

This is a hands-on leadership role, primarily in our Manhattan office (4x/week), for someone who has managed a BDR team before, thinks in structure and numbers, and gets energy from turning early-career reps into top performers.

Target compensation is 160-180k + variable comp, with potential to flex for the ideal candidates. No sponsorship is available for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a globally distributed BDR team - 1:1s, call/email reviews, and development plans that measurably lift performance, including coaching reps on selling to technical buyers (security, infrastructure, engineering).
  • Own the team's pipeline contribution: set targets, forecast meetings and qualified opportunities, and hold the team accountable across regions with clear metrics.
  • Keep BDRs in tight lockstep with the AE team on hand-off quality and qualification criteria - you're the connective tissue between outbound and closing.
  • Hire and scale the function globally: build the interview bar, ramp new reps fast, and stand up coverage in new regions.
  • Build a stable of BDRs ready to move into AE or other roles, and continuously refine the outbound playbook - positioning, messaging, sequencing, and target-account strategy.
  • Operate across time zones with structure and rituals that keep a distributed team aligned; own the BDR tech stack and data hygiene, and use the numbers to double down on what works.

What You Bring

  • 4-5+ years managing BDR/SDR teams selling B2B SaaS, including leading a distributed or multi-region team, with a track record of building teams that exceed pipeline targets.
  • Credible crypto/web3 knowledge - professional or serious personal engagement - enough to speak fluently with a crypto-native, technical audience.
  • Experience managing or coaching BDRs who sell to technical stakeholders (security, infrastructure, engineering) and know how to position outbound for that audience.
  • A structured, quantitative operator - clear thinker, repeatable process, comfortable setting targets and forecasting off data rather than gut feel.
  • A genuine coaching instinct with results to show for it - reps you've hired, ramped, and promoted.
  • Understanding of how BDR output feeds AE pipeline, and familiarity building a bench of BDRs who can move into AE or other roles.
  • Fluency with outbound positioning and modern tooling (CRM, sequencing/engagement platforms, prospecting data).
  • Excellent communication and the operating rigor to run a global team on metrics without losing the human side.
  • Based in the NYC area, hybrid in-office.

Nice to Have

  • Experience scaling a BDR function into new regions, or a network in crypto, fintech, or cybersecurity go-to-market.

What We Offer

  • Fantastic healthcare including fully-paid options and FSA
  • PTO
  • Equity!
  • 401k
  • Hybrid environment with pre-tax commuter benefits and an awesome team
