1 Yr Contract Full-Time Pay Rate: ~$8,680/mo (DOE) Required to communicate with clients and asses/analyze the requirements for design/development (via automation solution, RPA). And as a senior developer/technical lead, he/she is responsible for managing, guiding the other developers. The role will primarily involve RPA development and operation support but will also include some traditional program dev and application module development as well. Responsibilities cover the entire development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and brainstorming, analysis, coding, testing and documentation. It also requires strong problem-finding skills with quick adaptation to existing application for business functions and technical structural layout. 3 Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable applications and modules, writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code3 Manage the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, prioritizing, testing, and releases, often using Agile methodologies3 Lead, guide, and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices3 Monitor, support on-going operation of the developed programs (RPA) that are serviced to the customers. And if necessary, resolve the issue & enhance the current solutions 3 Work closely with customers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions3 Implement automated testing, debug issues, troubleshoot complex problems, and ensure application security and performance3 Participate in internal and external meetings to gather the business requirements and suggest solutions3 Analyze the business requirements and suggest the best practice to apply to the business requirements3 Write unit, integration, and production test scenarios3 Troubleshoot and debug to optimize application performance3 Liaise with the development team to identify and plan new features3 Ensure the developed modules comply with company's quality assurance standards3 Research and suggest new technologies, applications, and protocols3 Create detailed technical plans for the execution and implementation of projects3 Be available to answer technical questions, clarifications, and clear obstacles for the team3 Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes3 Writing development progress reports Requirements: 3 +7~ years in web based related system development including Java (or other programing languages like Python) experience in developing or maintaining intranet systems.3 She/he has to speak in English fluently in verbal and writing.3 Good understanding or experience in RPA is a plus3 Experience with HTML/DHTML, jQuery/JSon, Java Script, AJAX3 Experience with Oracle database server, SQL, PL/SQL procedures3 Experience in data analytic (ex: Alteryx) & visualization tool (ex: Tableau, Power BI) - preferred3 BS/BA or higher in Computer Science or related field - preferred Special Skills: 3 Goal oriented and self-motivated.3 Candidate must have the ability to work independently or within a team environment.3 Strong oral and written communications skills with ability to create software design and engineering documents.3 Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality work under tight deadlines is essential.3 Ability to work in a fast paced environment is crucial.3 Ability to learn, excel and deliver at a quick pace is required.3 Korea/English Bilingual is a plus.
