Job Title: AWS Security Architect

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced AWS Security Architect to design, implement, and govern enterprise cloud security across AWS environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud security architecture, Zero Trust, IAM, compliance frameworks, and DevSecOps practices.
Roles & Responsibilities- Design and maintain enterprise cloud security architecture, standards, and guardrails
- Lead security architecture reviews for cloud initiatives
- Drive adoption of Zero Trust architecture across cloud platforms
- Design and enforce IAM frameworks in AWS
- Implement least privilege access, SSO, federation, and privileged access strategies
- Align cloud security controls with frameworks like NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, PCI, SOC2
- Manage CSPM, CIEM, and cloud security posture tools
- Collaborate with SOC & Incident Response teams for threat detection and response
- Define monitoring using SIEM / SOAR and cloud-native tools
- Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps)
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) security best practices
- Automate security scans, compliance checks, and remediation workflows
- Define data protection standards (encryption, tokenization, key management)
- Ensure secure configurations for cloud storage, databases, and services
- Architect security for Kubernetes, containers, and serverless environments
- Manage container security (image scanning, runtime protection)
- Support audits, risk assessments, and governance processes
- Act as a security advisor to business and technical teams
Required Skills- 8+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in cloud security architecture
- Strong expertise in AWS security services
Deep understanding of:- Zero Trust Architecture
- IAM, network security, encryption
Experience with- SIEM / SOAR
- CSPM, CIEM, CWPP tools
Hands-on experience with:- Terraform (IaC)
- DevSecOps & CI/CD security
Knowledge of compliance frameworks:- NIST, CIS Benchmarks, ISO 27001, SOC2, PCI
