Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily stand-ups and meetings with clients and development teams.
• Oversee and manage project budgets while ensuring constant client communication.
• Ensure team members are effectively engaged with meaningful work.
• Help document the design of contact center processes.
• Facilitate the transition from project delivery to managed services.
• Guide clients on how the delivery team can achieve their business objectives with associated costs.
• Evaluate trade-offs between different solution options to benefit the client.
