How you'll make an impact in this roleHelp customers solve large-scale problems with technology. Responsible for counseling the executive leaders of the market on technology. Lead a team of business technology associates to understand the market's real needs, helping translate and convey those needs to the technology organization, and orchestrating delivery through high standards and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with market executives in order to be a consultative partner on all technology topics and articulate short and long term operational implications.
- Develop a deep understanding of the market's way of working plus the larger external competitive landscape which will influence strategy.
- Actively partner with business in ideation, disciplined demand management and portfolio prioritization within the market.
- Be an advocate for market needs through the integrated technology governance process.
- Initiate and leads teams through change by communicating a compelling case for change.
- Manage a cross-functional team of resources, from clinical informatics to field services, to partner with the Florida market in delivering technology solutions aligned with strategic goals.
What minimum requirements you'll needEducation:
- Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience
required, with 4 of those years being in leadership/management.
What additional preferences we're seeking- Lead technology strategy and delivery to support major capital expansion initiatives, including new care sites, facility growth, and expanded clinical service lines.
- Modernize and refresh enterprise clinical technology platforms to improve diagnostic capabilities, enhance clinician workflows, and strengthen patient care.
- Optimize electronic health record workflows and operational processes to improve patient throughput, clinical efficiency, and care coordination across multiple specialties.
- Enhance interoperability and system integrations to enable seamless information sharing, improve continuity of care, and support coordinated clinical and revenue cycle operations across care settings.
- Master's Degree Highly Preferred
