This is a high-impact AVP I role within FP&A Consolidation, critical to the accuracy, integrity, and execution of enterprise-wide financial processes. The role offers meaningful exposure to senior leadership and complex financial operations and is well-suited for a candidate who demonstrates strong execution, ownership, and attention to detail, with the ability to grow into broader responsibility over time.

How You Add Value

  • Manage enterprise-wide financial consolidation processes, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close deliverables, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
  • Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of consolidated financial reporting packages for senior leadership and key stakeholders
  • Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities across FP&A, Accounting, HR, and other partner teams
  • Analyze financial results, headcount trends, and workforce analytics to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making
  • Liaison between Finance, HR, Accounting, and business partners to ensure alignment, data integrity, and timely issue resolution

What You Bring To The Role

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial consolidation, and reporting
  • Anaplan Model Builder certification with at least 2 years of experience developing highly complex models in Anaplan
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Highly skilled in financial reporting tools including Power BI and Sigma
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • High degree of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive payroll and compensation data
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to align multiple stakeholders

Preferred:

  • Experience in a complex, multi-entity or global organization
  • Anaplan Solution Architect certification and 4+ years of experience converting manual processes into efficient Anaplan models

Base Compensation Range:

$150,000.00 To $180,000.00 Annually. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Companys base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.

Total Direct Compensation:

This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.
