How You Add Value- Manage enterprise-wide financial consolidation processes, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close deliverables, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
- Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of consolidated financial reporting packages for senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities across FP&A, Accounting, HR, and other partner teams
- Analyze financial results, headcount trends, and workforce analytics to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making
- Liaison between Finance, HR, Accounting, and business partners to ensure alignment, data integrity, and timely issue resolution
What You Bring To The RoleRequired:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial consolidation, and reporting
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Experience with financial reporting, consolidation, and planning systems (enterprise FP&A tools)
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- High degree of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive payroll and compensation data
Preferred:
- Experience in a complex, multi-entity or global organization
- Exposure to enterprise planning or consolidation tools (e.g., Anaplan or similar platforms)
Base Compensation Range:$120,000.00 To $150,000.00 Annually. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company's base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
Total Direct Compensation:
This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.
