  • Improve data integrity and consistency across financial systems, reporting tools, and entities
  • Assist with audit, lender, and other compliance-related requests where applicable.

Operational Finance
  • Analyze profitability by advisor, client segment, business line, and acquisition.
  • Support cost structure analysis and margin improvement initiatives
  • Support process improvements, automation, and standardization across finance and reporting workflows.

M&A Support

  • Help standardize reporting, forecasting, and KPI frameworks across newly acquired entities
  • Maintain post-close visibility into acquisition performance, earnouts, and integration progress.

Systems & Infrastructure

  • Develop scalable templates, standardized reporting packages, and repeatable finance processes.
  • Partner with technology and data teams to improve reporting efficiency and enable a single source of truth.

  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining budgets and forecasts in multi-entity, multi-business-line organizations.
  • Exposure to financial systems implementations and reporting automation a plus.
