Full Job Description
The AVP, Data Capability & Activation is a senior leadership role accountable for translating the enterprise data strategy into measurable business outcomes. This role owns the enterprise data roadmap, the formal demand intake and prioritization process, and the data activation model that ensures analytics and AI investments are value-led, properly sequenced, and executed with discipline across the organization.

What you will do:
  • Own and continuously evolve the enterprise data roadmap, aligning initiatives to corporate strategy, AI priorities, and platform modernization goals.
  • Own enterprise data strategy refinement and decision frameworks, ensuring clear articulation of strategic priorities and establishing consistent, transparent decision-making principles for data and AI investments across the organization.
  • Establish and chair a formal enterprise intake and prioritization process, balancing value, readiness, risk, and capacity.
  • Provide executive-level direction and decision-making on trade-offs across competing data and AI initiatives.
  • Lead and develop a leadership team including the Data Roadmap Lead and Data Product Managers.
  • Partner closely with IT, Data Engineering, Data Science, and Governance leaders to ensure clear separation of strategy, roadmap, and delivery accountability.
  • Act as a senior convener with SVP/VP stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensure enterprise alignment.
  • Drive adoption of shared data platforms, products, and standards through change management and data literacy initiatives.
