Description
Qualifications: - 3-5+ yearsof hands-on automotive technician experience
- Prior Mercedes-Benz dealership experience is a must
- Proven leadership or mentoring experience in a shop environment
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Responsibilities: - Train, coach, and support technicians to support and encourage growth and efficiency.
- Supervise daily shop operations and technician workflow
- Collaborate with service advisors to exceed customer expectations
- Ensure repair quality, safety compliance, and OEM standards
- Perform advanced diagnostics and assist with complex repairs

Flat rate pay - $100,000-$150,000 yearly potential
