As an
Automotive Sales Consultant at
Acura of Thornhill, you'll play a key role in helping customers find the right vehicle while creating a seamless and enjoyable buying experience. Whether customers are purchasing their first Acura or upgrading to a new model, you'll be their trusted advisor throughout the journey.
Primary Responsibilities:- Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget.
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
- Ensure every customer interaction exceeds expectations.
- Follow up with leads, prospects, and previous customers.
- Develop referral and repeat business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the dealership CRM.
- Build trust through consistent communication and exceptional service.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Stay current on Honda products, technology, incentives, and promotions.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
- Maintain knowledge of competitor vehicles and market trends.
- Coordinate and conduct vehicle deliveries.
- Review vehicle features, technology, warranties, and maintenance schedules.
- Introduce customers to the service department to support long-term ownership satisfaction.
What You'll Bring:- 1-3 years automotive luxury vehicle sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools
- Valid OMVIC licensed
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay: From $75,000 - $124,000/yr based on ability to sell effectively.
