Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced
Automation Platform Engineer with a strong background in
Automation Tools, Platform Engineering, DevOps, and Systems Integration to support the design, development, testing, and continuous improvement of enterprise automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least
5 years of experience working with automation platforms, Windows infrastructure, and DevOps practices, along with strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and maintain automation tools and platform solutions to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Support and optimize enterprise-scale Windows infrastructure environments.
- Contribute to the ongoing development, enhancement, and support of automation platforms including COSMIC and LOEv3.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement system integrations and automation initiatives.
- Participate in software development lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Support DevOps and DevSecOps practices to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient software delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform, infrastructure, and integration issues.
- Develop technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational support materials.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation across enterprise systems.
- Support project implementation efforts and continuous platform modernization initiatives.
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in Automation Tools, Platform Engineering, DevOps, and Systems Integration.
- Experience supporting and administering Windows-based infrastructure environments.
- Hands-on experience with automation development, testing, and deployment.
- Experience integrating applications, systems, and enterprise platforms.
- Working knowledge of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD practices.

Highly Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Experience supporting or developing enterprise automation platforms such as COSMIC, LOEv3, or similar large-scale automation solutions.
- Advanced experience with Azure services, cloud automation, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Experience with PowerShell or other automation scripting languages.
- Knowledge of application lifecycle management and release management processes.
- Experience implementing secure development and DevSecOps practices in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and performance optimization tools.
- Experience working in large enterprise or highly regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, platform integration patterns, and API-based integrations.
- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring junior team members.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $87,720 - $109,650. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
