Description

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Audit Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys working directly with clients, and can lead a team to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.

Requirements

What You'll Need
• 7+ years' experience in a public accounting firm.
• CPA license (required).
• Master's degree in accounting.
• Strong technical expertise across a variety of accounting and auditing issues.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-demand projects at once.
• Experience supervising and mentoring a team.
• Professionalism and poise with clients and staff, even in high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and other accounting software.

What You'll Do
• Lead and manage audit engagements from start to finish - including planning, budgeting, staffing, and client communication.
• Review work prepared by your team before it goes to the partner, aiming for minimal revisions.
• Provide clear feedback, training, and support to staff to help them grow and succeed.
• Identify risks during engagements and develop strategies to address them.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, earning their trust and confidence.
• Spot opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to pursue new business opportunities.
• Represent the firm in professional and community networks.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
