We are searching for a junior associate to join our Corporate group in our Atlanta office. The ideal candidate would have experience representing startups and emerging growth companies, working on seed and venture capital financings, and mergers & acquisitions.
We are seeking a motivated, team-oriented, and collaborative attorney who is excited about working with clients in the start-up and venture capital ecosystem.
Job Requirements:
- JD 2024-2025
- Previous large law firm experience preferred.
- Current license to practice in any U.S. state and in good standing is required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are highly valued.
Salary Range:
- $225,000 - $235,000
