ASU Reliability Maintenance Technician We are searching for an experienced ASU Reliability Maintenance Technician at our Gaston, SC facility. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: JOB SUMMARY Perform maintenance activities to support the safety, reliability, and efficiency of assigned plants. This includes reliability performance data, project management, process / equipment optimization, engineering design, procurement, risk assessment, and reliability best practice. Essential Functions This role will provide technical subject matter expertise support for or lead  Work in a safe manner and comply with OSHA and The Company Safety rules.  Responsible for maintenance and installation of all field instruments  Responsible for process control computers and electrical maintenance at all The Company facilities  Operates and controls equipment used in an air separation plant.  Must maintain Qualified Electrical Worker certification  Maintains quality control and quality assurance equipment, including process analyzers and gas chromatographs - Install, maintain, adjust and repair manual, pneumatic, electric and electronic measuring, recording, and regulating instrumentation.  Maintains calibration standards, including inspection, testing and measuring equipment as well as calibration gas cylinders , rebuild pumps, clean coolers, help with rotating equipment rebuilds. Perform routine and non-routine analytical calibrations and adjustments.  Works with management team to schedule calibration and preventive maintenance programs to achieve plant and company strategic quality goals. Assists in the training and development of others when needed Work in a safe manner and comply with OSHA and The Company Safety rules.  Performs maintenance on compressors, pumps, turbines, valves, motors, and other plant equipment, when required.  Reliability best practice development and compliance enforcement. (Specifications, Standards, and Policies),  Accurate, organized, and on-time administrative reporting (reports, schedule, tasks, time, costs, etc.)  Reads and interprets technical drawings and manuals.  Ability to research, select and negotiate purchases for suitable plant equipment - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals - Statistical and analytical skills.
