  • Assist with the development of a spare parts program and train others as required.
  • Perform maintenance on compressors, pumps, and other critical plant equipment.

Full Job Description
Essential Function
Responsible for maintenance and installation of all fieldinstruments, process control computers and electrical maintenance at allCompany facilities. Position Accountabilities
Operates and controls equipment used in an air separationplant.
Must maintain Qualified Electrical Worker certification Maintains quality control and qualityassurance equipment, including process analyzers and gas chromatographs
Install, maintain, adjust and repair manual, pneumatic,electric and electronic measuring, recording, and regulating instrumentation.
Maintains calibration standards, including inspection,testing and measuring equipment as well as calibration gas cylinders Perform routine and nonroutine analyticalcalibrations and adjustments.
Works with management team to schedule calibration andpreventive maintenance programs to achieve plant and company strategic qualitygoals.
Assists in the development and administration ofcomprehensive spare parts program.
Assists in the training and development of others whenneeded.
Performs maintenance on compressors, pumps, turbines,valves, motors, and other plant equipment, when required.
Reads and interprets technical drawings and manuals.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Associate's Degree in applicable field or equivalentIndustry Experience is required.
