As a Technical Project Manager III within Infrastructure and Production Management team, you will play a pivotal role in leading complex technology projects and programs that align with business objectives and deliver value to clients, employees, and stakeholders. You will utilize your extensive knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories to develop innovative solutions, while employing analytical reasoning and adaptability to navigate through uncertainty and change. Your excellent communication skills will be crucial in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring that project objectives and governance are consistently aligned. By optimizing resources and managing risks, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact projects that promote the future of the firm.
Job responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Utilize technical fluency to evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and vendor products for project implementation
- Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and schedules as needed, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project or program lifecycle
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
- Proven experience leading through the project lifecycle management, including influencing decision makers and adapting to changes as business needs evolve
- Technical fluency, with familiarity in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies
- Proficient in stakeholder management, with a track record of establishing productive working relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills- Strong command of Microsoft products
- Familiar with the Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira/Align)
- Strong influencing skills
- Detail oriented
- Strong Communication skills: written, oral, presentations
- Comfortable working with executive management
