Position Summary

Position Summary

The professional will help drive the strategy and agenda of the Investor Relations department, reporting to the COO of Global Wealth and working closely with the Head of Global Wealth. This role will have an immediate impact on achieving productivity and efficiency gains within an already highly-successful function and will streamline strategic priorities as it relates to Investor Relations' day-to-day operations. To achieve this, the professional will lead special projects on behalf of senior IR leadership.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage ad hoc and special projects as directed by the COO of Global Wealth and Head of Global Wealth
  • Coordinate and monitor key deliverables for the department
  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and drive execution across client solutions, investment, operations, and technology teams
  • Track progress of the department's strategic roadmap and report on key performance measures
  • Develop and deliver executive reporting and strategic updates to C-suite and senior leadership, highlighting key business initiatives, performance metrics, and risks
  • Support Wealth business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and fundraising target tracking
  • Oversee process improvement and automation initiatives to streamline the department's deliverables as well as development of key metrics and KPIs
  • Support IR leadership with governance, risk, compliance, continuity of business audit, annual business reviews and other related internal processes

• Strategic and project management capabilities coupled with strong analytic and financial acumen
• Familiarity with the Alternative Asset Management industry and the fundraising process
• Demonstrated track record of success improving the efficiency of a business/function through organization and planning, collaboration, issue resolution and creative problem-solving

Benefits/Compensation

The compensation range for this role is specific to New York City and takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to the skill sets required/preferred; prior experience and training; licenses and/or certifications.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $175,000.

In addition to the base salary, the hired professional will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package spanning retirement benefits, health insurance, life insurance and disability, paid time off, paid holidays, family planning benefits and various wellness programs. Additionally, the hired professional may also be eligible to participate in an annual discretionary incentive program, the award of which will be dependent on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
